Board Members

As Chairman of the Groningen Investment Team, I am responsible for the overall direction, structure, and continuity of the organization. Alongside my role as chairman, I am a master’s student in International Financial Management, which allows me to combine academic finance with practical investing and organizational leadership.

My role focuses on ensuring that GIT remains a professional, well-organized, and ambitious platform where students can develop themselves both academically and practically in the field of finance and investing. I coordinate the board and investment teams, oversee long-term strategy, and act as a point of contact for external partners and sponsors.

In addition, I place strong emphasis on maintaining a constructive and committed internal culture, where critical thinking, collaboration, and responsibility are central. Creating an environment in which members feel challenged, supported, and motivated is a key priority.

My goal is to further professionalize the Groningen Investment Team and to ensure that members leave the organization with valuable skills, relevant experience, and a strong network that supports their future careers.
